How can I place my order? How can I pay?
- Find all the items you like and add them to your cart by pressing the "add to cart" button dedicated to the product.
- Proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping cart in the upright corner and click the "checkout" button.
- After entering your shipping details, you can select your method of payment and continue to pay for your order. - If you are using PayPal or Stripe to pay for the order you can use the Express checkout for a faster checkout experience.
My order won`t go through, what should I do?
If you're still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. Please make sure internet use is enabled in your card details. If your payment won't go through, make sure you have:
- International & internet use enabled from credit/debit card provider (we process orders in euro, €)
- Sufficient amount of funds to complete the purchase
- The same ZIP code in your shipping address as with your credit card provider
- Latest browser version
In case your payment still won't go through, we recommend using PayPal or Stripe to complete the purchase. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact customer support
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.
Why was my order canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a PayPal account or Stripe. If you do not have PayPal.

When will my orders ship?
Most orders ship within 72 hours of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Usually, orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately. if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

I am not home for delivery. Is it a problem?
It isn't a problem at all! Small orders are shipped either in a padded envelope or a small box and will just fly straight into your mailbox.
If the package doesn't fit your mailbox, and you are not home, the courier will leave a note in your mailbox with information about how and where to obtain the package. If you weren't home when the package was first tried to deliver, and didn't get a note about how and where to get the package, the couriers will attempt to deliver the package again in a few days and then leave a note.
I only received one item from my order. Where is the rest of my order?
We ship most items separately to avoid extra customs fees, duties and taxes to our customers. When arriving to your country, some items and packages are processed at different times by the customs. This can result in items being delivered at different times from each other. In any case, you can expect to receive the missing items very shortly.
I received a broken/ faulty/ wrong item, what should I do?
Please contact us and include a photo of the broken item. We will help resolve the issue quickly.
Where I can use my discount code?
All discount codes are entered during checkout. Please write your discount code to a box dedicated to the codes during checkout.
